I'm far from a Jr. fan...but this penalty/fine is just way too much for some WEED...its not like he was on some kinda PED...damn, dude was only hitting some ganja...I think this punishment is a bit too harsh...gotta take into consideration that it was probably some Mexican haze he was smoking....top 5 on my weed p4p list....gotta give him credit for having good taste in weed!!

This is light... he won't learn anything from this... the only way he will wake up and realizes that he needs to work harder to get out of the shadows of his father's legacy is to get his ass whooped... ala Floyd VS Gatti (RIP) style, ala Cotto VS Margarito I (not having someone wrap his hands with plaster, but a beat down of similar fashion).

He's been busted with Diuretics, he's high tailed it outta tests in Texas, and now he got busted for weed. What's worse is that he originally claimed his doctor gave him cannibus medication for insomnia, now he fesses up to taking a toke 8 to 10 days prior. You have to look at his history to understand NSAC's decision. Furthermore he wasn't fighting anytime soon afterwards so the 9 month suspension means nothing anyway.

Truth be told Nevada is damned if they do and damned if they don't. If they were lenient then they're in Top Rank's pockets. Jr F'd up again. Deal with it. He's nothing but a spoiled brat, always has been always will be.

He'll simply opt to sue Nevada or not pay and never fight there again. Why should he? He can always fight back home in Mexico or North Mexico (AKA Texas).

Berto was suspended for 2 weeks immediately after testing positive so an investigation could be conducted and so he couldn't fight in the rematch. He was then found not guilty of taking roids and no further suspension was given

                  Peterson was never suspended

                  FOH bruh

harsh punishment but it is against the rules and for good reason. There should be no argument here. It;s against the rules. He broke the rules.
