Comments Thread For: V. Klitschko: Haye Refused To Sign The Contract To Fight

According to WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko (45-2, 41 KOs), former two-division champion David Haye (26-2, 24 KOs) missed the lucrative opportunity to face him. Klitschko primarily wanted to face Haye on September 10th in Moscow, Russia, but both sides were unable to finalize the deal. Eventually Vitali fought Manuel Charr (23-1, 13 KOs), whom he beat by technical knockout in the fourth round. Yesterday Klitschko advised Haye to understand that he’s no longer interested in such a bout.

Vittles should just retire. He's clearly not interested in fighting anyone with a remote possibility of beating him.

With all this talk and no action, Vitali's train is also rolling away. He has the opportunity for a final fight with Haye that'd be huge profit and add to his legacy. It's worth the risk.

Vitali does'nt need to fight Haye to define his legacy - who the hell is Haye what has he done that this add's to Vitali's legacy - Haye has pulled out on previous fights with Vitali blames a broken toe for a dismal performance against his brother - Vitali's legacy is secure ahead on all 3 judges cards against Lennox where the doctor stopped the fight prematurely dominating his dividon for years - only Haye fans thinks he is something special a little poodle barking at the Klitschko's with no bite.

Retire Vitali. And that's a nice way of saying please go away.

Vits legacy is being in his little brothers shadow, defending the heavyweight championship one time, losing to a fat, old Lewis, quitting against Byrd and having a dismal resume. If he had any pride he go out fighting someone who was a threat. Instead he'll dig up another Manuel Charr.

Vitali and his legacy are done. He might as well just line up another hopeless bum, it fits well with his legacy and there isn't much he can do now to recover his pitiful legacy with one fight. Take another easy fight, whip him, take the money and go and leave Wlad to clear up like he's doing.

I always liked Vitali more and thought he would paste Haye, but he got super spooked after Chisora got destroyed. Time to fcuk off now Vitali, byyyeeee and don't let the door hit you on the way out
