According to WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko (45-2, 41 KOs), former two-division champion David Haye (26-2, 24 KOs) missed the lucrative opportunity to face him. Klitschko primarily wanted to face Haye on September 10th in Moscow, Russia, but both sides were unable to finalize the deal. Eventually Vitali fought Manuel Charr (23-1, 13 KOs), whom he beat by technical knockout in the fourth round.
