What excuses will the haters have then???Money Team,undefeated....EASY WORK
May 4th will be business as usual 1 million plus without Canelo

I think if Trout-Canelo on 4/20 were to be a PPV it would affect the numbers. However, since it is on Showtime I think it will have a much more minimal impact than the haters are crowing about at the moment. Additionally, they will use most of the broadcast to hype the hell out of Mayweather-Guerrero as they obviously have an interest in seeing both events do as well as possible. -
Floyd will do 1.3-1.5... Business as usual...baby bro might be on the undercard..ya know!!!!!!!!!!!Comment

I don't see Broner fighting on the Mayweather card. Not with Abril and Burns both locked in with bouts in March. Too fast of a turnaround time, I think.
Good to see you back, Larry, by the way.Comment

Nobody has criticized Mayweather's ability earn a buck. Although we'll have to see how he does without 24/7. Showtime clearly has to realize the reality series was what made Floyd a star. He's the Kim Kardashian of boxing. They'll use their already established ripoff as the formula we can be sure.Comment

Floyd Mayweather vs. Miguel Cotto has sold over 1.5 million pay-per-view buys according to figures released by HBO and presented by Boxing Scene.
These figures make Mayweather-Cotto the second-highest grossing non-heavyweight PPV of all time. The record holder is Mayweather's 2007 bout with Oscar De La Hoya, which sold over 2.4 million PPV buys.
With that said, is the 50-50 deal between Mayweather and rival Manny Pacquiao now officially dead? Pacquiao has stated that he wants 50-50 of all revenue if he is to face Mayweather.
Mayweather retorts that he deserves the lion's share, not Pacquiao. His defense is his ability to sell more PPV buys. Mayweather-Cotto helps to build his case, but does it mean Mayweather is right?
Here are the two sides, the yes and the no, presented as to whether Mayweather has provided a clear case for him to receive the bulk of the money if ever he should face Pacquiao.Comment
