His Mexican ratings destroy Broners, I don't think its necessary for me to bring them up. If Broner can capture the American public, like Canelo has with Mexico it would be a different argument.

Rating wise he losses to Broner on American network now. Yet this is a foreigner relying entirely on la Raza, who debuted two years ago on an American network....and yet his rating are monstrous.

I see this as a good thing for Canelo unless for some reason the Mayweather buys are still strong (1 mil+) Canelo will show he doesn't need Floyd. I see this as worse than Mayweather/Ortiz at this point in terms of buys which that did something like 640k. This is now the second guy who has beat Berto to get a shot at Floyd and well... the first time that hype didn't work not sure how it will the second time around. Still want Trout to win, still think Trout can win and I am going to take Trout to win, but I see a robbery happening considering it's in Texas and not CA or NV. Not saying robberies don't happen there but its an event when it happens, in Texas its the expectation.

Most casual fans like myself just want to see mayweather and other big names fight. Not saying canelo and trout are not big names. But mayweather sells himself well and I would expect plently of buzz regardless of the mediocre opponents or undercards.

Agreed. And what a lot of latino fans don't understand is that Floyd is a main****** name in America and worldwide. Only Pacquiao can rival Floyd in popularity. mexicans needs to understand is that Canelo is only known by latinos and boxing fans, not your everyday causal fan.
