Comments Thread For: Guerrero's Dad: I'll KO Floyd Sr, His Son Gets Hospitalized!

Things are heating up for the welterweight showdown between Floyd Mayweather Jr. (43-0, 26KOs) and Robert "The Ghost" Guerrero (31-1-1, 18KOs), scheduled to take place on May 4th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Showtime Pay-Per-View will carry the event.

On Tuesday, Robert Guerrero's father and trainer, Ruben Guerrero, held nothing back after taking offense to some recent comments that were made by Floyd Mayweather Sr., the father and trainer of WBC welterweight champion Floyd Mayweather Jr.

It didn't take long for Mayweather Sr. to respond, as he continued to warn Ruben Guerrero of the potential physical consequences if he gets out of line. [Click Here To Read More]

Hmm running out of ideas on how to promote the fight so let's get the geriatric fathers involved.

Guererro and his dad have already lost the fight before the training started.
Mayweather Sr threw the hook and Guererro's father has already swallowed. Anyone who's gonna cause little problems with Floyd needs a sound mind and these mind games only help Floyd.

Way to go, Floyd Sr. Now that's the way to talk serious trash. Dude's talking about 30-0 and you said he would be 30-1.

Besides, isn't the Ghost just a blown-up featherweight?

This reminds me of Garcia's dad.

While angel gets out of control, danny always seems to be able to keep a cool head. Same goes for Robert. No mind games going on yet.

It's nice they're trying to make it interesting, but lets be real here Guerrero is gonna get embarrassed. Mayweather at 40 would still be 3X the fighter berto is.
