The Paulie that fought Senchenko is the same Paulie that fought Cano. Senchenko just sucks.

My point was it was padded before his big call up.
He fought only in Mexico just like Chaves in Argentina.

Cano sucks lets not give him credit for something his is not. He's not even top 20 at 140 and still best Paulies ass at WW

Yea he's a young kid and may improve in the future but at this point, he's completely average as can be

I disagree. He was brought in as a easy opponent twice by golden boy and almost won both of those fights. He should have won against Paulie. IMO his performance against Morales speaks volumes, he was very green, I think only 20 at the time and took it on a weeks notice and gave him a very tough fight. He cuts easily and doesn't have very good defense, but more importantly he has a fighters mentality and comes to win. He fought with a awful gash against Paulie that he got in the 2nd round and went 10 more rounds totally undeterred. Thats a great attribute and something you can't learn in a gym. He has decent boxing skills, and respectable power. He's not great but he doesn't suck IMO.

Paulie looked much sharper against Senchenko. His jab was a thing of beauty in that fight. Against Cano he was being out jabbed for most of the fight.

Before he fought Morales yeah, but not before the fight with Paulie.

The ****** thing was that he was winning the Morales fight for the first few rounds, but after that he changed his game plan and lost.

doubt the fight is staged in abu dhabi. it'd be cool if it was, but it's been talked about before by gbp, yet nothing ever materialized. hopefully gbp can secure malignaggi a good fight. it's really a shame malignaggi/maidana didn't get signed, both guys wanted it. chaves would be a good opponent.. i agree with most saying paulie could lose this fight. if he's his mando and no one else is really available, make the fight. it gives another argentine a chance to make some noise.
