Why would he leave the whole portion blank and only provide a cell phone number. There was probably a place where he had to provide his name also and he didnt ... What's he hiding his identity. The real question is why would team Donaire not see that the information was left out and address the issue right then and there. Rigo's team made it clear as to why he left it blank and at the conference they let it go ... The next day to the media "I'm looking to pull out".

There was a verbal agreement. It's legally binding. It doesn't have to be on paper. There were also witnesses that can confirm that Rigo agreed. This is standard contract law. Donaire can pull out with no legal consequence.
