Still, his fighter is available for testing anytime they want to.

Honestly I wouldn't have a problem if it was Nonito's manager or promoter saying that if conditions weren't met they would pull Nonito out. But Nonito is the one going around threatening to stop the fight and every week it seems like he's got another gripe and if it isn't fixed he won't fight. He's turning into a primadonna over negotiations when it really should be left to his manager and promoter to work the details out.

He just discovered he's wasting time. That wasn't even Rigo's signature. That's a shame and he has all the right to be pissed IMHO

How does that logic work?

The ONLY reason this fight isn't full steam ahead, ready to promote is because Rigondeaux has delayed signing a contract. How the hell is that Donaire's fault? If they just keep waiting and waiting and waiting, which is what Rigo seems to be trying to do, then the testing won't be able to be done anyway. Which, like I said in another thread, seems to be what Rigondeaux wants.

Rigo wants vada and usada to make it an even play field did u guys even watch the press conference. Donaire doesn't want usada involved. rigo wants both associations, so seeming how they were pressuring rigo he signed but domaire didn't... In my eyes Donaire doesn't want none of rigo... Where were his excuses on the arce fight???

If "testing" is not in the contract Donaire can't be demanding ****. They could negotiate all they want but if Top Rank didn't put it in the contract Rigo doesn't have to abide by it. Were you there during negotiations? The fact is that testing WAS NOT a part of the contract. Rigo and his people could've agreed to testing but if Top Rank didn't put it in their contract then blame Top Rank. His own promoter did it.

If he did not agree with the terms, he should say so and not have continued the fight. Donaire's request has been in boxingscene for weeks. So why is this new for you?

what are you talking about, donaire agreed to that. He only objected when rigo proposed that they use only usada. How about explaining usada having no idea of this matter until after Rigo mentioned it at the press conference. If Rigo was serious, he would've contacted them prior to this, it's pretty obvious Rigo is dodging getting tested.
