I am real nervous about this fight. I do think that too much people are selling Cloud short. The greatest active fighter is pushing 50 & Cloud is the most physically imposing fighter at 175.
FREAKIN intense Hopkins/Cloud fight promo!

Yeah I feel like Cloud is tougher then pascal just because he's bigger. Definitely no gimme fight for Hopkins cloud deserves to be the favorite.Originally posted by BushbabyI am real nervous about this fight. I do think that too much people are selling Cloud short. Hopkins should school Cloud. Even at 50 years old he's in another league.
I'd be shocked if he legitimately loses.Comment

Wot?Lol, their really isn't anything left for Hopkins after this. I don't think Ward will fight him. I don't think Dawson wants to fight him again and a Pascal rematch is pointless too. The only other guy he could fight is Cleverly but Cleverly hasn't done shiiiit. At least Cloud went to war with the road warrior. And tried to fight Pascal. Cleverly wants his schooling without earning it
If its not Hopkins vs Taylor 3 he needs to retire!
You've made absolutely no mention of the one guy who DID call out the winner of this fight: Sergey Kovalev.
He not only wants the fight, but absolutely deserves it after his destruction of Campillo.
I also think Hopkins should call it quits. Not because there's no one to fight, but because if he was to beat cloud and fight Kovalev, I think there's a strong possibility he gets hurt badly. (Like you said theres no one to fight, that would be the next logical fight IMO) Besides if he does in fact beat Cloud, do you really think he would take a fight with such a powerful puncher at this point in his career? I don't, and that's why he should hang em' up. Not that I blame him....it's his choice to continue fighting, but with that comes defending your title against whoever is next in lineComment
