what im i accusing rigo of doing that nonito is also guilty of? i never said he does'nt get hit , maybe youre confusing me with someone else..

if youre gonna hate , atleast be reasonable and truthful about it...you say you hate him because his defense suck , but lookin at the list of your fav fighters , i call bs...
You've accused Rigo of being boring, running, being passive etc all things Donaire can be be found guilty of.

His defense does suck but that isn't the reason I hate him and neither have I said it was.
Most of those guys named in my sig have a good defense tbh but I do like a lot of fighters with terrible defense as they're warriors guys like Michael Katsidis.
I just think Donaire is a product of careful matchmaking and has been marketed well and people think he is something he isn't. He is certainly far unbeatable & its like people think his left hooks the answer to everything.
Its not as if hes knocked everyone out and people haven't ate his best shots.
Hes got a good left hook but I certainly wouldn't put him up there with Morrison, Tua, Hearns, Frazier, Cooney etc etc

The fact is Donaire hasn't face anybody like Rigo and Rigo hasn't face anybody like Donaire. But the favorite is obviously Donaire cause of his resume. And his 122 pound division is not exactly poor.
Solid post. I agree on everything but the bold. No one is claiming Rigo has beaten elite fighters. No one. I haven't seen it, and I haven't said it. Otherwise, Green K.

Look how much he got countered by this 5ft2 weakling and outboxed in rather large parts

to be fair donaire was like 23 years old and it was his 15th pro fight ...it was a close fight and a good learning experience for the young donaire.

i can't wait for april 13th it's going to be a great fight between two great world champs.best of luck to rigo..i know he'll make cubans proud win or lose. ...

at the end of the day i just want to see great boxing and sportsmanship and put aside all the negative and hateful BS ...

So Donaire gets a pass but Rigondeaux doesn't for say one less than stellar performance against a seasoned veteran like Corboda in only his 7th pro fight?

Getting rocked doesn't mean you're prone to KOs. Getting KOed a few times means you're prone to KOs. I do believe Donaire has the kind of power that can end Rigo's night with one shot, even though Guille has never been stopped. At the same time, I think Rigo is capable of stopping Donaire, although he has never been stopped either.

well rigo was close to his 30s with over 400 amateur fights....

hey i understand you are very passionate with your hate towards donaire..i understand that..but rigo is a great champ..he will give donaire a tough fight no doubt about it and may even win it most likely...

best of luck to rigo ..i just look forward to a great match-up ...take care bro..

Don't get me wrong Donaire is a good fighter, hes bordering very good but he has a lot of flaws and he simply is not as good IMO as people make him out to be.

This is a great fight stylistically & IMO Rigondeaux is going to shine but that doesn't mean Donaire isn't a good or very good fighter.

I give him props for taking this fight, in my heart I feel he knows this isn't no easy task.

I felt Arce, Montiel & the likes was made for him, I even bet on him to stop both guys inside of 6. I felt Nishioka was there for the taking.
If anything I feel Donaire is made for Rigondeaux and he will take advantage of a lot of mistakes Donaire makes. If he sorted his defense out/wasn't so willing to take shots to get his own off, I'd probably give him a far better chance. He'd better respect Rigo's power, this is no feather fisted Mathebula.

What i am saying is that since Donaire is being based on his opponents, then we have to do it too with Rigo.

where did i accuse rigo of being boring ?..show me.. ive called him to be someone with the tedency to be overly defensive but that and running , i cant really recall...i tell you this tho , i dont think the fight is going to be excting and it's not gonna be coz of nonito...

well , i think your reasons are garbage but youre entitled to it ..

also , i dont think he is unbeatable.. but what youre saying that nonito is all about lefthook is another one of your garbage tbh ...if youve seen plnety of nonito fights then you would'nt be saying that coz he has stopped apeople with uppercuts and strigh rights...and again im expecting you to downplay that

and im not surprsied you would'nt put him in thier with anyone you call good coz you hate the guy ..but we are not credible enough to be calling that anyways ...whether you like it or not nonito has the best left hook in the game..
