I have 2 answers. Yes its su****ious for a fighter to refuse a test or it can fairly be seen as such. Yes its su****ious for a fighter to only be tested for a fraction of the year when he decides when it is exactly he is going to fight.
If you dont agree with me on the latter, you are an idiot, plain and simple.
I dont agree with you because of the nature of boxing and its training , the most important part of training is when you are training at your fullest for a scheduled event , this would be the time to use PEDS to gain maxium benefit this MUST be true , this is where boxing is different than other sports they dont have random events , and also because of the weight classes in boxing that also would make a difference .
Your clutching straws because of hate , Manny refusing PED testing in spite of the huge reward he would have made is so su****ious , yet you harp on Floyd being blood tested only when he has a fight signed, you display bias at it highest .
2 weeks of roiding, highly likely and highly effective. Cock.
Who said roiding kid , pull your head out of your ass , its PEDS , that can mean meth and many other stimulate , all would have a profound effect in 10minutes , what about Glenbuteral that dont need much time to vasodialate your blood system .

You dont know how to spell clenbuterol, yet you are an expert on it? ****ing hell!
Boxing is different to other sports and the most important aspect of testing in boxing is when you are training for a fight, so the full benefit of performance enhancing drugs is when you are training for a fight which would be the 2 and a half month of a training camp not the 6 weeks of when you are doing nothing

I hear what you're are saying and I couldnt disagree more. Boxing ISNT different to other sports or it shouldnt be, if you are a boxer then you should be subject to testing all the time you are active as a boxer. The degree of benefit is irrelevant, as long as there is the potential for any benefit then you should be subject to testing(thats if you want things to be as clean as poss). Your reasoning conveniently suits a fighter who fights once a year and decides when exactly that is.
Pacquiao didn't refuse the tests, they couldn't agree on when the testing would stop. Marquez fought Pacquiao without ANY of these special tests and BEAT him, something Mayweather didn't have the balls to do.
