In short, Mayweather's USADA testing is a confusing one, since anybody who knows how to cheat the system can beat it. Conte elaborated by differentiating the type of testing Mayweather underwent compared to a more comprehensive type of drug testing companies like VADA (Voluntary Anti-Doping Agency) implements.
"VADA (compared to USADA) also uses more stringent protocols, more sophisticated testing, specifically with the CIR (Carbon Isotope Ratio) testing. USADA only does this and all Olympic-type lab testing they perform if you have an elevated TE ratio of 4:1," explained Conte. VADA is also the company that tagged Lamont Peterson and Andre Berto for illegal performance enhancing drugs in their system.
"The reason I don't like that protocol is because you can, (I'm talking about baseball players who use it on a daily basis), after a game, rub on a testosterone cream and it stays in the bloodstream for 4 hours. By 8 hours, it's back down on the baseline, and after 6 hours you're below the 4:1 ratio. So guys can use it the day before and test negative. And the same thing goes on with the USADA-type testing. You can use it every single night, literally USADA can test you every single day and you can come up below 4:1, that's because it only takes you six hours to go below the 4:1 ratio," he continued.
Agree, the sport of boxing must be cleaned. But with Real Olympic Style Testing.
Some people will believe anything they hear or read, of course Conte is going to say that VADA is better than USADA because he's apart of VADA. The real issue is the punishment that comes along with boxers testing positive for doping if USADA is involved, a 2 year ban from the sport globally, if USADA is a trash company like you say it is, then why did Armstrong get busted, common since tells me this, no matter what kinds of drugs that's implemented to an athlete illegally or legally could go on for years without being detected stay that way, in essence, cheaters will get caught eventually if they use USADA or VADA testing unless there is shenanigans going on.

Enough with the 365 days testing talk...testing from training camp and up will suit just fine..it did just fine catching Peterson..it did just fine catching Berto..no need to make more difficult excuses as to why Floyds requests aren't of "validity".. the main concern is if it is used during training and/or during the bout..and the main requirements are it being blood and urine(which we're all clear pacquiao had a needle phobia!..so he declined!!!)..and random(...again we're all clear pacquiao didn't want any interruptions in camp..and wanted to schedule the test and amount of test!!)..so maybe if he had did what Floyd wanted all along..he wouldn't have doubts as to why he was napping on the canvas...carry on.

so you'd use something to enhance your body when your not doing anything but watching tv?

The two best pound for pound fighters in the same division and they couldn't make it happen because of some promoter BS.
Floyd is a HOF, all time great, but IMHO he missed his chance to elevate himself to that rarefied list of the Ali and Leonard type greats by not fighting Pac.
Manny was a good fighter turned juiced up hype job, Floyd pulled the rug up and they were exposed.
If u know anything ul know the fight did not happen (during the first go around) is cuz Bob/Manny/Top Rank balked at drug testing, end of story.

I'm talking about the effectiveness of each test method.
