Yes floyd used the testing to avoid Pac. Rigo agreed to testing a long time ago, Donaire never demanded it

That's not even remotely close to the same argument. From what I understand, Conte does not work for VADA, does not influence them in any way, he was one of the consultants used to develop their testing procedures.

If you're going to be su****ious of Donaire, you better be just as su****ious of every single other fighter in the sport, or you're too biased to be taken seriously in this conversation.

Allegedly, Conte doesn't work for VADA. But he sure behaves like he founded it though. He speaks more about VADA than even the founder of VADA. Conte literally doesn't go a day without mentioning them.

And when Tim Bradley announced he's using USADA for his next fight, Conte boldly said that he guarantees Tim Bradley will use VADA instead. It was like he plannes on talking to Tim personally about it and then some. That doesn't sound like someone who does not work for VADA.
