Okay, what testing agency besides USADA, which by common knowledge is too expensive for all but the wealthiest of fighters, is better than VADA? There people who would argue VADA, even at the cheaper price, is better than USADA. I'll assume you disagree, which is fine. So what testing is better?

Be su****ious all you want. In today's sporting world, I'm certainly su****ious. But VADA is the best testing he can do, and he's doing it year round, at random. That's better than anyone else in the sport is doing.

I made up the 90% as an exaggeration, I didn't actually mean it. It's common knowledge that USADA is more expensive than VADA, to the point that most fighters can't afford it.

That's not even remotely close to the same argument. From what I understand, Conte does not work for VADA, does not influence them in any way, he was one of the consultants used to develop their testing procedures.

If you're going to be su****ious of Donaire, you better be just as su****ious of every single other fighter in the sport, or you're too biased to be taken seriously in this conversation.

He FORCED like 3 guys to do testing for 1 of their fights and 2 of those guys failed and didnt even get in trouble for it

Only thing he exposed is that boxing doesnt care if guys take steroids
