It matters because the fight the fight is less than 2 months away and the VADA contract needs to be signed for the testing can start. Having testing for only 2 months itself is kind of ridiculous, but now Rigo is making the testing period even shorter by taking so long to sign the contract, which makes the testing less effective.

He's delaying the drug testing, if he didn't sign the papers, they can't go ahead and start the testing. That gives him enough time to cycle out whatever he's taking. Donaire can stall if he wants, he's the cash cow in this fight and he's already going through year round testing. So him not signing makes perfect sense.

Say he signs the contract and rigondeaux doesn't sign the vada testing contract. Then rigondeaux can dope himself all he wants which is just ******ed. Donaire's risking his life and his career why would he sign first. He doesn't need rigondeaux, rigondeaux needs him.

the drug testing issue has been brought now.. not before... and you don't know much about steroids and testing, do you? steroids arent a permanent miracle. they will help you only when you take them. if you can't detect them in tests, good chances are you haven't taken them in a longggg time... if you haven't taken them in a long time, it's like you never took them.

btw, im 100% pro-test, but this is irrelevant, as Rigo's manager has just received the agreement and Rigo is signing it this week...why the fk does nonito need to start being a pussi about it... why is he scared of a small 122lb who doesn't even dehydrates for his fights?
