No he is not. He did not require testing, Rigo VOLUNTEERED and AGREED and all Donaire required was for Rigo to keep to what he agreed to whether it is Ring size, weight, testing, or whatever. RIGO was the one who said "I will take Vada testing for this fight". Donaire called him on it. Rigo signs tomorrow according to Caribe.

This is a fight BOTH fighters want.
it will be much cheaper to lose a bit of money on all this, then go make a load fighting some nobody rather than to fight Rigo, get exposed and have his bubble burst, going back to making what he is actually worth.

They are not losing any money on this because A) they would have never entered negotiations in the first place and gone through all of that, they could have gone to 126 and B) Rigo is signing Wednesday. It is too damn easy to see that Team Donaire used the media to light a fire under Rigo to get the final contract signed before the Thursday press Conference. Stevie Wonder could see that coming.

have you ever translated anything? takes a lot longer than you'd imagine even if you crack straight on with it.
and then there's the fact that this is precise legal ****, that has to be very accurate, and has to be signed off officially. yeah that would take a while to sort.

what you think they just copy and paste into google translate?

How about "Lets get it on" or something declaring the fights is ready. The media is using everyone here as a tool.
