Initially this seems like a plausible excuse, but when you think about it:

        1. Why would it take this long to get a Spanish copy of the contract?
        2. Why couldn't they have just translated the contract themselves, why couldn't an English & Spanish speaker just have explained the contents to Rigo?
        3. Hasn't Rigo already undergone random testing at the Olympics anyway? It's not a leap into the unknown for him.

Either way let's hope this **** gets put to bed tomorrow.
You sign contracts without reading them? There's A LOT of details in a contract, even in a simple contract.

what are you talking about?no one cares about that and you keep talking about this public agreement as if you were there or there is a video of him making a verbal agreement but either way i don't care about that. why would someone say that he doesn't care about the drug testing but is willing to pull out over drug testing?donaire is 1 of the p4p top fighters in boxing and he says he fights for the fans so why is he willing to walk away from maybe his most anticipated fight over something he doesn't care about?

Because he changed his mind about testing over all the latest news like Mickey Bay and Gamboa coming up dirty and because Rigo agreed, DUH!

Rigo signed his contract yet I'm more convinced this fight won't happen than anything else.

your 1st question is not su****ious at all. (contracts take time to be received let alone getting a Spanish version of A "vada" contract) vada mostly does business with american athletes.

question 2. (maybe rigo wanted to read it for himself? not just have someone skim over it and then translate)

question 3. ?????????? i don't see this one as su****ious seeing as though he's never denied the testing.
