If Broner is as good at 140 like he was in lower weight classes (like Mayweather) then I think everyone at 140 would have a tough time beating him.

Lucas beats him like he stole something. Broner is not hard to hit. Rees just has no punch so it didn't matter what he landed. If Lucas lands a third of the shots Rees did Broner is getting sparked.

From what I've seen so far, I don't think Broner is comfortable under pressure.

I think Matthysee and Rios would cause him all kinds of problems.

Broner-Alvarado I'd like to see but he's with TR, I think.
