Adrien Broner is so arrogant I think he'll go there and blast through anyone they put on front of him because he knows he can.

I'm sure that's what Tyson thought before Douglas had him crawling on the floor looking for his mouthpiece.

The difference between Mayweather and Broner is that Mayweather doesn't underestimate his opponents. That is why there are fighters he stays away from: he knows they're a threat. Broner thinks little of his opponents, which is why he will be upstaged by one of them, as countless others with the same mentality have in the past.

i think broner will be greater than pacquiao too. notice i say THINK, i am well aware hes not anywhere near pacquiao at this point but i just THINK he will improve with time and become one of the greats. call it a qualified guess.

imo the only thing that can stop him from becoming a legend one day is himself. he needs to keep working hard, he was extremely arrogant in the rign against rees and fought a sloppy fight due to pure laziness. hopefully his coach gets on him about that, he seems to have a good head on his shoulders and broner has a tremendous amount of respect for him.

if broner keeps his ego in check he will be one of the most dominant lightweight champions in history then move up and win titles at 140 and perhaps 147 as well. at 140 he can build quite a resume and establish a strong legacy combined with his dominance at 135.

if he continues to fight the gavin rees' of the world then no..he will not reach the same legendary status as pacquiao...

when pac was 19 years old he KO'ed the lineal champ at flyweight...by the time pac was 24 he demolished the p4p# 3 Barrera and as a result became a three weight world champion and a two weight lineal champ...

also pac didn't have oscar de la hoya adding him to the p4p list by beating someone like demarco...pac actually had to work his way up as an underdog to get on that p4p list..

broner will never come close to achieving what pac has achieved in this sport...that's not a knock to broner because what pac has achieved will be very hard to surpass...

Why are people now saying he will be better than Floyd but not Manny?

Manny ducked Floyd for years, wouldn't agree to OSDT and turned down $40M (5 times more than he ever made in a fight before.)

I always smile when i read your posts. Mayweather at 135 was way more skilled than where broner is right now, in fact broner fights more like mayweather at 147-154.
