Broner's jab is lazy, and he leaves it out there too long. He needs to work on a stronger jab, so he doesn't have to get into as many fire fights.

It will be his down fall at 140 and higher.
Here is the thing though, teaching Broner how to jab, use his legs and fight long when he needs to to me, is not at all a major obstacle for a guy with his athleticism. His ability to stand his ground and grind it out on the inside is MUCH tougher to teach and he already has that wrinkle. For a lot of guys who don't have the mentality to fight that way, you can't teach it.

Broner and Stafford constantly say they haven't even shown all he has. Hopefully one of the tricks they got still in the wrapping is how to fight tall and utilize a jab to keep distance.

That's what he'll likely have to do to be the great fighter he aspires to be. Versatility and the ability to fight different styles. But I think he is game.
