Yea Buchanan decided to take a dive and quit after Duran barely grazed him below the belt. Duran was actually throwing a clean body shot when the referee grabbed his arm causing the punch to go low. The punch wasn't hard at all, the referee took all the power off of it when he grabbed Duran's arm. Buchanan was taking a beating in there, this was his way out of the fight.
