Which scenario brings in more $$ for Haymon?
Even if Trout takes a loss he is still just as marketable as before but a Canelo loss kills what may be the only mega fight left for Floyd before he retires for good.

A very good point. That also crossed my mind earlier but I forget to mention it to you. Either way, we don't know what fight these idiot judges watches these days. I think we both could agree that the judging in boxing equals incompetence.

Canelo is no ducker. I felt this all along. He has been wanting the big fights. Just waited until he served a proper amount of time fighting his way higher in competition, until reaching maturity as a fighter. Now at 22, he has.

I love this fight and I think Trout should be his stiffest challenge. But if Canelo beats him, which I think he will, then maybe the competition, he has had won't seem that bad in comparison, or Trout be dismissed as not that great.

Anyway forget Floyd fighting him. He won't. Apparently Canelo dropped his quest to obtain a guarantee from Floyd.
