it's very clear that they use these sorts of faux announcements to generate publicity for other fighters.

this is a bit extreme, though, in the case of mayweather, alexander, and guerrero.

Especially when both Canelo and Trout tweet that they are signed to fight each other then the very next day Schafer says "Nothing is signed"

Austin will probably win with faster foot/hand speed. A bit too slick for Canelo.

Canelo is the type fighter who fights to the level of his opponent. It will be an action fight, just so Trout doesn't run all night. Canelo should get past him with room to spare. Then maybe we'll see him vs Mayweather... but then The Ghost won't be an easy one for Floydie. This is getting very interesting.
