When is the weigh in, by the way? I'm hoping to catch it, but I might be out of town for work. Anybody know?Comment

why do you guys even defend this fight? It's not a good fight. Call it what it is.
Yeah double standards are annoying, but worry about your own opinions first.
You don't have to defend a fighters every move just because you enjoy watching him fight.Comment

you know why those fights didn't get made and to blame broner is ridiculous.Originally posted by SoggyLungsomar narvaez is a much more accomplished fighter than rees and was a much more acceptable opponent for donaire (given the circumstances) than broner fighting rees..donaire tried to make a fight with moreno, but it didn't happen and mares was stuck fighting a rematch with agbeko..those are facts.
why couldn't broner fight miguel vazquez?? or richard abril?
Narvaez had no chance against nonito he was way too small. his being more accomplished than rees has no bearing on the chances he had against donaire.Comment

goddammit, now Broner even gonna start getting the same crybaby double standards threads that Floyd always gets

thats all they going off of cause they dislike himOriginally posted by Ray*Rees was a champ at 140.. Credit where credit is due, yes Broner should beat him but people shouldn't disrespect him just because they hate Broner.

it may have not, but it makes narvaez more acceptable of an opponent than rees...donaire couldn't make the fights with moreno or mares, so they go for the next best thing which is the #1 guy and wbo champ at 115lbs..nothing wrong there.Comment
