Lucas Matthysse vs. Adrien Broner: who would win?

At this point in time, I'd favor Lucas Matthysse by KO/TKO.

Ponce De Leon gave Broner fits, FFS. Many would argue that Ponce won that fight. Myself included.

Ponce troubled Broner, but he was only 21 making his first step up at that point. A not prime Judah also gave Matthysse a tough fight, in a toss up fight, which you could argue Zab did win.

Both Lucas and Broner are different now though.

Aside from Matthysse being bigger, he has fought a much better level of competition. He would be too much for Broner.

Not sure if I answered already or not but Lucas would destroy him. I certainly haven't seen no improvement from when he fought Quintera, Ponce & Willy Caskett.

But Haymon will keep Broner away from dangerous opponents like Garcia, Matthysse and Shafikov.

Shafikov....he's not really on anyone's radar right now. Garcia and Broner both are Haymon earners and apparently friends, that won't happen.

Matthysse, Peterson, Mayfield, those are fights that potentially could happen at 140.

Shafikov is a world-class fighter who would likely beat Broner.

I don't think Peterson or Mayfield would though.
