a lot of clown as posters like to just throw Roy under the bus becseu you ddid not like him as a fighter. You must seperate the two. As a commentator roy was excellent.

I don't think I'd want to have Oscar DeLaHoya as a commentator.
Yeah, he's an articulate guy who knows the sport.....but his voice is like nails across a chalk board.

i always liked the fighters as commentators.. foreman and jones have been in the ring for years.. im not sure if lampley, and merchant have stepped foot in a ring.. IMO the fighters say what makes more sense.
