I have to say it must kill him to get that 5ft11 frame all the way down to 135 year after year i really think he'd be more energetic and his power would come with him at 140

Problem is it won't help his chin. Might give him more power though.

            Yes, it will.....

It's not like he's BLOWING up in weight like DLH, Mosley, Mayweather, etc did...

It's the weight KILLING Corrales physically...
You know how much making weight ****s your brain up?

It will definately help his chin IMO..

He'll also face bigger punchers. A dodgy chin is a dodgy chin and Corrales has a chin of glass. That (and his power) makes him great to watch.

He'd get knocked down/out each fight, he won't be able to handle the power. They will just keep throwing left hooks like Castillo did.

I agree it would help him in that way but what about his chin it stays the same and there is just more power the higher you go.......Not saying his chin is horrible because he does get up but thats more heart......can he take punches from heavier guys after already being in so many tough fights I wonder how much longer he should even fight but I guess the same could be said for Gatti and a few others.

His chin wouldn't be a problemn if he fought smarter. With his size, he really should be a different type of fighter. Its not too late to make the transformation
