Was never a clottey fan, but id like to see him make a comeback. Some good/interesting higher profile matchups for him imo

In Cotto's defence his face was a bloody mask the whole fight, he fought with a HUGE gash over his eye for 10 or 11 rounds. I thought his corner was gonna try to take the easy way out and go to the scorecards after 4 rounds but he fought his ass off for the rest of the fight and deserved the win IMO. He showed a lot of heart and courage that night, Not like Devon Alexander and Robert Guerrero who b1tched out and quit after getting a tiny cut over their eyes.
You forgot Mikey Garcia. That's right... outdone by a Puerto Rican.

There were times that Cotto was literally running away in the Clottey fight, so the notion that he "fought his ass off" after he got cut is a tad exaggerated.

I thought he was good, but as somebody pointed out he was an underachiever.

He was schooling Margarito until he got injured.
The Cotto fight was super close and could have gone either way.
And I'm almost positive he took a dive in the Pacquiao fight.

Think we're in need of a big Clottey return I'd say.
