b4 anyone gets their panties in a bunch, i am a self confessed HUGE fan of marquez. i've always thought he is one of the most fundamentally sound boxers in the sport ... speed, combos, jab, great lateral and foot movement and good power and this even after his war w/ pac-man.

now, what he and his team did, request 1.5 million was a straight ***** move, first that little ***** winky, now, and this pains me like hell to say, this ***** marquez.

i'm very saddened that this fight isn't coming off, i'd always rather see pac in there w/ jmm.

berinstein should kick himself in the balls for this idiotic move he pulled, now whos jmm gonna fight.

hey if that's Marquez' loss, he wants to be remebered as th echamp who overprices himself? Fine. EM and Pacquaio would be a war and would be much more entertaining than any Marquez bout, at least for me.

Like I said before, Marquez needs Pacquiao more than the other way around. Now he's left with no purse and with a less attraction opponent. Though I still wants a rematch. Maybe if Pacquiao is successful against Morales, Marquez' camp would understand that Pac is the attraction.

Yeah he has been pretty dumb. I'm sure he could have reached an agreement to get paid the same as Pac-man (he is champ, Pac is the attraction), which would have been a big payday for him.

Erik Morales has no belts. Except for the love of breaking each other skulls & of course for the satisfaction of boxing fans, I think that's the thing EM, MP and all of us will get from the fight. Its gonna be a bloody fight for sure. A sure fiery return for the boxing money.
