Despite what Arum has said, I do not view Marquez's statements of disinterest as a negotiation tactic. I feel like the KO victory was a distinct conclusion to their rivalry.

Marquez always had a fire inside him, a chip on his shoulder, when it came to Pacquiao. If he accepts this fight now, it will just be because money talks. I don't think he will have that same fire.
