Step 1. Open up a video editing software of you’re choice, I personally use Adobe after effects or Adobe Premier. Once you’ve done that import your desired video, all you need to do is trim the video to region you want. Once you’re done then export the video in either in Mp4 or QuickTime format.

Step 2. Once you’ve opened up Photoshop the first thing you have to do is go to Windows>Workspace>Motion.

Step 3. While in Photoshop go to File>Import>Video frames to layers, now find you’re desired video and import it in. Once done you’ll see you’re video displayed as images in the layers panel.

Step 4. Next step go to Windows>Animation,

Step 5. All you need to do now is export this bad boy out, to do this File>Save for web & devices. An option box should open up, all you have to do is change the width to 500 and the height to 281 and save. The next thing would be basically uploading the gif to an image hosting website, I tend to use Imgur for this.

Please note I was rushing while writing this down please excuse any spelling mistakes and what not.

Hmm that's strange I'm running the 32 bit version and I didn't get that message. Did this happen when trying to import the video?

It was worth the wait though.

That imgflip site is the business. Here's one for Saturday night.
