I rather see Manny Pacquiao fight Danny Garcia at 140 lbs. This is a good tuneup fight for Manny because he's gonna fight a good counter puncher.

Why? He may be on a bit of a run, but the matchup is so heavily favored towards Mayweather, even more than Alexander.

We know Garcia would be outboxed but atleast he has a punchers chance of landing something big and making it interesting. Alexander doesnt even have that.
In Devons defence though I think he would have the quicker feet if he met Floyd forcing Floyd to do the stalking.

Garcia is a flat footed counter puncher. Floyd will beat him to the punch and see any and everything that comes back his way. Garcia won't be able to get off. It will be 10X worse than the Marquez fight.

If we're talking entertainment value, atleast when Garica is being countered to death he'll start being aggressive and trying to force the fight and has decent power.

What's Alexander going to do when he's being dominated? Nothing just survive most likely.
