Instead of hating who Floyd "wants" to fight, take it to the source.

Is that right?? So you need it spelled out?? So, wasn't Devon slated to fight Brook this month, but somehow pulled out & was said to be the leading candidate to fight Floyd?? Can't Martinez do the same??

And Trout, why can't Trout fight Floyd in may again?? Is he signed to fight?? Didn't he basically repeat what Floyd did in December?? Does the obvious really need to be stated to the irrational??

Trout is not a rational opponent for Mayweather? Didn't he just beat Cotto the guy that gave Mayweather a few problems? Isn't he ranked in the top 3 P4P guys at 154?

And Devon is gonna bring huge money??? Really???

so you use as the basis for your argument devon's injury and the alleged floyd fight, which I remind you hasn't been signed yet. Of course Devon has nowhere near the importance to HBO as Sergio does. could sergio do it, sure.

as for trout, the fights floyd goes up to 154 have been-ODH and Cotto. Both fights were taken because they provided more income than anything else available. Now does Trout fit that model? Of course not. Thats why your argument isn't valid.

Now if you hate the way floyd does business, fine. If you hate that he would fight Canelo at 154 over trout because a canelo fight fits the model, fine. But to purposely pretend not to know the context to fit this situation into your "challenge" argument makes little sense.

          copied frm my last post:

obviously devon doesn't and there is no rational reason for them to fight. but the fight hasn't been signed yet. if and when it does then the discussion about its putridness can be had.

And Martinez is a damn Middleweight and has a fightcoming up with Martin Murray at middleweight
Trout beating even this version of Cotto is a better win than both Alexander or Guerrero have on their resumes. Just sayin...

More excuses I guess. My challenge opinion makes plenty sense. No one would criticize Floyd for fighting Martinez or Trout. Floyd will be criticized for Alexander, for the Ghost & for ginger. The point of this tread. Which you seem to ignore.

Bigger is not alway better, so it's silly comparing Trout body of work to the guerreros or Alexander's.. Those two have put in more work win or lose in their respective career than Trout as and one fight against Cotto isn't going to make him equal with those guys all of a sudden. The more reason am hoping Canelo fights him so the two of them can add to their body of work before they face Mayweather.

If that was the point of the thread, then just post that and we can discuss it. You added the other stuff which anyone who has followed you on NSB knows is your real agenda/argument.

Personally, I'm all for either Devon, or the Ghost fighting Floyd. With Trout & ginger fighting each other for the September shot. But people are criticizing the Ghost & Alexander because they're rumored to be Floyd choices. They don't deserve that.

Yeah, ok, like I did not tell you on many replies the point of the tread which you continued to ignore. You call me the cry baby, but you're the 1 in here ranting about things not being discussed in THIS tread.
