What money? Who in the hell in Nigeria would go to a Denis Lebedev fight exactly for starters? and the other guy is a 41 year old south american with no fanbase! It's a complete joke that it's being considered no major tv station will pick it up if it takes place in Nigeria and they will not sell no tickets when the belt holder is a white russian.
