                25 is so young & it's such a shame he passed away. i'm 38 & sometimes i got to stop & think how lucky i am. you just never know...i should probably start going to get more regular check ups with bloodwork, etc. i always had the "if it ain't broke, then don't fix it" attitude but maybe a regular check up could catch any ailments before they become a real health issue. R.I.P omar...

                    Anybody in their 30's or older remember how invincible we thought we were back in our 20's?

                    Someone as young as and strong as Henry, I do start to realize that I am lucky.
