The worse part is that judge Paoilillo is still going to continue to judge boxing, so far I haven't heard of any inquiry into him, plus his wife is a high ranking member of the commission...

Still don't understand why it had to be 3 newbie judges, why not 2 experience and 1 new judges? It's not like there's a shortage of title fights between the sanctioning bodies and all their super-interim-diamond-regular-silver-intercontinental-regional belts...

There were 2 incompetent judges on that fight. I wonder why Paco had them on that assignment.

The commission appoint the judges. Rocky fighting once or twice a year dont benefit Paco at all. He rather have a Mexican who will fight more a year than Rocky.

Currently we only have two champs: Rocky and Danny.

I dont think the champ count had anything to do with the judges decision, they saw a different fight that we did on TV, maybe they judged the fight based on Burgos backing into a corner for the most part of the fight and getting tagged by Rocky everytime he choosed to do that which was countless times.

Again, I think Burgos won the fight by split decision but not unanimous decision. Rocky was the aggresor and was backing up burgos for most of the fight.

Rocky IS followed by the island and is well known but he was inactive for a while and this is his only his second fight since he got back into the ring.

Puerto Rico has 1 champ just Rocky. Danny was born in the US doesn't speak spanish or even been to PR. Just like Brandon Rios is American and in Mexico they didn't count him as champ when he had a belt
