        Pacquiao lost twice and fought at catchweight but still

        1 Mayweather beat #1 guy twice lineal champ had 3 belts at the same time
        2 Pacquiao never fought #1 WW never unified
        3 Margarito beat #1 guy once
        4 Cotto lost all his big fights

              Also, how do you give Pac credit for Bradley but then also give him credit for Marquez? Marquez tapped that twice at welter.

                I am factoring the losses as well. The level of performance in a loss is important also. IMO.

                    IMO, Cotto's Clottey win was sort of a gift and Clottey's laziness in the end rounds sealed it. Cotto's cut kept him away from Joshua but he never went for it anyway.

                    With Mosley, his hit/run technique was his way of outboxing Shane. He did what he had to do to win in both. Smarts is just as impressive as skills to me.
