Rank these WW resumes: Pacquiao, Mayweather, Cotto, and Margarito

IMO, Cotto's Clottey win was sort of a gift and Clottey's laziness in the end rounds sealed it. Cotto's cut kept him away from Joshua but he never went for it anyway.
With Mosley, his hit/run technique was his way of outboxing Shane. He did what he had to do to win in both. Smarts is just as impressive as skills to me.Comment

Cotto's too high then if you're considering losses and the level of performance.
He had to fight very hard to win a highly competitive decision against Mosley. When he legitimately lost to pacquiao it was a pretty bad beating. I don't count the margo fight against him
Those 2 losses, gave me a lot of respect for him.Comment

This is difficult, cuz I have a problem with each of their resumes. Margarito's best win has an asterisk by it for obvious reasons, but he has two solid wins over Cintron/Clottey. Cotto fought the best versions of Mosley and Clottey imo, but they are debatable. Pacquiao fought a drained DLH, though I definitely enjoyed the beating he gave him. He also fought the worse versions of Mosley/Clottey and won decisively. Mayweather fought the best version of Zab, beat Mosley coming off a good win, beat Marquez coming off a lay-off (though Marquez was the one moving up), and he beat Ortiz coming off a good win (but ended in a shitty way).Comment

True, but I like that it was hard earned, so I personally rank it higher for some reason.
While Floyd did get knockdown in the Judah fight (his hand touched) and was working early. Zab was fighting dirty, then the small "riot". Floyds composure was impressive and was a great win for Floyd.
I thought we were debating overall ranking not specific fights.Comment
