I'm calling it, Rigondeaux will stop him with a counter to the body that will come from nowhere. He won't even see it coming.
We will see. Hopefully it's a good fight.

Dan, you goin off! I do think that both guys can win either way. I'm not sure which outcome is more likely tbh. I don't see either guy getting careless and they might be tentative to let them hands go in the beginning. My prediction is Rigo by decision. It's possible that Nonito becomes frustrated after a couple slow rounds and starts ripping left hooks and lead straight rights.

Look at his defense against a guy who fights like a girl. Rigo is going to light him up.

Donaire's biggest flaw is that he gets hook-happy, and I think once he gets frustrated against Rigo, he'll start to throw the hook often. Rigo has got to be careful and not get caught with something crazy. Slip/block the hook and throw a straight left/uppercut to the body.

His fight with Vasquez Jr, I was thinking fawwk does this guy have anything what so ever but a left hook? He just keeps loading up on it non-stop until it eventually lands.

When he does throw his right hand its wide and 9/10 times he'll do 'The flashdance' after or whatever he likes to call it when he has squared himself up.

The Cuban master is going to surprise a lot of people in this fight. I don't think Donaire goes the distance, I really don't. I won't at all be surprised if Rigondeaux absolutely toys with him and makes him look like Teon Kennedy.

This is the fight I want more than anything.

I already see hundreds unable to appreciate high-level technical boxing by saying it will be boring. It always is boring when your favourite fighter, a guy you've spent 3 years hyping gets schooled hey?

I look forward to all your excuses when NoRigo Conaire is schooled by in your own words; A chinless, 11 fight, boring, one-handed novice.
It'll speak volumes for how good Donaire really is, won't it?

You've only got yourselves to blame for when this one gets rubbed in. Nit-picking because a guy got hit with two punches.

Good riddance Nonito, try not to chicken out. Can't wait for the bad hand excuses, leg cramps, etc etc
this is such a huge talk coming from a fan of a chinless hypejob ..to me rigo is the same caliber of fighters as ismael sillakh , danny jacobs , david lemieux, and dulorme..the diffrence is he was given a title shot way before everyone else againts one of the ****tiest champion in the history of the sport.. and if there is bob arums pet between these 2 , it's rigo .. becuase he went on to say nonito will not beat him ..whats the reasonable basis for such claim ? ...none whatsoever ....

I like Donaire in the fight. Rigo's chin has too big a question mark on it for my comfort. Nonito by KO.

Questionable chin because he ate a perfect left hook from a guy who is 5ft8, rehydrated to 134lbs in other words huge at the weight and is a big puncher with a very potent left hook? He took that fight on short notice, he had zero time to prepare and had to adapt from the word go.

Chinny because he got clipped off balance against Corboda who again is a big guy and a big puncher? He wasn't hurt.

He recovered from the Marroquinn shot superbly and dropped him twice and shut the guy out.

If he was being hurt on the other hand, stunned, buckled and having to run away against the likes of Mathebula, Conception & the likes then I'd be slightly concerned.

If he marked up badly in just about every fight he was in and had zero defense, I'd be slightly concerned.

Enjoy whilst you can, come april the 27th you will be sat dreaming of the left hook, you'll be jumping off you chair as Donaire lunges in ''finish him, finish him!'' you will mistake his desperation and it'll end in tears when Rigondeaux claps him the fcuk out.
1,000,000 crying Filipino's as the new found hero is slumped on the canvas, clutching his side as he grimaces in pain.

Who cares what some uneducated fans might think or say about Rigondeaux. Clearly Donaire is an elite fighter and if Rigondeaux beats him then he proves he's amongst the elite as well.
