Anybody who knows Khan knows about his knockout loss to Prescott. That knockout was hilariously legendary. There's a great revenge story line behind it. Senchenko beating a shot Hatton didn't prove anymore than Kevin McBride beating a shot Mike Tyson. Everybody in the UK knows it meant **** and it will be seen as an easy tuneup fight for Khan. Khan already had his soft touch against Molina. Now it's time for his chin to answer some questions.

I mean, forget the the gate for a second. Prescott has a win over Khan and Khan doesn't want to avenge it. That **** is cowardly. He wants revenge for Hatton, but not revenge for himself?

I don't even think that highly of Prescott, but he's definitely in the fringe contender level. It's a fight Khan should be able to win and at the same time it's the type of fight Khan needs to prepare himself for a Garcia rematch. Senchenko is a low tier level fighter and won't help Khan prepare at all.
So you want him to avenge a KO loss that happened 20 years ago? If that was gonna happen it would've happened already. If he beats Prescott then what? "Oh lucky for Khan Prescott has been beaten to **** now"

Senchenko is the easiest option and makes some sense having it in the UK.

Malignaggi will have lost his belt by then if the Mosley fight goes ahead. Besides which, there's no appetite amongst the fans for a rematch.

Khan v Brook/Alexander winner a better bet. Maybe, if Bob will let Bradley fight him.

Khan is a ****ing joke and a fraud.

I predicted this fight would happen as soon as the bum beat Hatton. Senchenko might be a welterweight but he hits like a lightweight.

Khan looked at his options at 140, saw that every single decent fighter in the weight class would destroy him, so he looked at the higher weight for the most feather fisted opponent to try to excuse his fear of taking on a hard hitting opponent.

I agree. Khan needs some easy fights while he is learning new things with Hunter otherwise he will be in for some more defeats and we will be in for never ending excuses.

This is a good fight for him. I really would like to see Khan move on to 147, I mean Danny Garcia will move up to 147 eventually anyway, so the rematch could happen there.

I have no problem with this fight. It could also set up other good fights at 147.....Khan-Ortiz, Khan-Maidana II, Khan-Alexander/Brook, etc.

Would have liked to see Khan-Matthysse but there's no way that's happening.

He also wants the Garcia rematch even though he got KTFO but doesn't seem interested in giving Maidana a rematch of a FOTY that everyone wants to see.

Maidana is at 147 just like Senchenko.

Senchenko only makes sense for 2 reasons.

1: Senchenko hits like a lightweight
2: It's the easiest possible opponent that will get him on TV
