this is a tough one imo, but in all honestly mosley's name is simultaneously tied to steroids/balco. i cant even see his name mentioned without pondering about how many fights in his career he was using steroids for.

i dont feel comfortable adding cheats to these lists that address greatness, hof, or atg.

Cotto gets my vote, though if mosley hadn't cheated it'd be close.

simpleton argument. cotto lost all of his big fights, and even got away with a few wins when he should have lost (Mosley, Clottey)

How can you say you won't vote Mosley because of his "Confession" of using PED's during the Oscar De La Hoya fights, and not sure who else he faught using PEDs. Yet Say, Margarito wasn't Loaded during the Cotto fight, the fight before he was caught? You say "prove", but there is nothing to prove; his whole Career is Tainted. Using Loaded Wraps is just as unforgivable as using PEDs.
