    Vitali fought:

undefeated Arreola, undefeated Kevin Johnson, undefeated Charr, undefeated Solis (who stopped Haye in the amateurs), etc

(Briggs is younger than both Audrey and old Vitali)

    Wlad fought

undefeated Chagaev, Chambers, undefeated Brock, undefeated Ibragimov, prime Barrett, etc.

    (Thompson was his IBF mandatory)

    Fury fought

undefeated Chisora, Kevin Johnson, undefeated Pajkic, etc

David "Chicken" Haye prefers to fight old bums like Audrey or shot fighters like Ruiz and Barrett.

Maybe if Charr was coming off three losses like Chisora, Haye would fight him.

David Haye fought PRIME Wladimir Klitschko and outlanded him in power punches.

He did this after only 4 fights at Heavyweight! After his 6th fight at Heavyweight, Vitali wants no part of him.

Haye ran from Wlad, and nearly set a record for fewest total punches thrown.

Haye want's Vitali now because he's age 41 and faded.

David "Chicken" Haye ducked the age 38 version of Vitali, and had to be replaced by Arreola, remember?

Oh oh no you didn't just try to build up the names they fought. Oh boy.
Pretty much what you stated there is that Vitali fought: 1 fat Arreola, 1 fat Kevin Johnson, 1 sleazy bum who wasn't even ranked in the top 20 and Briggs and 1 solis who was not only fat, but actually the better fighter and cracked his leg. Impressive.

Wladimir: Barrett had lost two fights before he fought Wlad - that's not prime. He was on a 3 win streak when he fought Haye. Chagaev was a good win IMO, Chambers is a cruiserweight, Brock was crap and don't even get me started about ibragamov. And people say the Haye v Valuev fight was boring!

Fury: beat a 280 pound Chisora? Wupti doo. Haye KOd him when he was at his best. Pajkic? Are you talking about the Canadian HW champion who noone even had in their top 50?? And Kevin Johnson who shortly before lost in Prizefighter? Haha. Please..

Then Wlad MUST have set a record for fewest power punches landed. And at no point in the fight did he run. You mustn't have seen the fight.

Charr is a bit of a joker, apparently. It's very understandable he's bitter about the Vitali fight, but it seems he has to get back in the line if he wants more title shots. Haye doesn't fight local bums for peanuts last time I checked.

Why would haye waste his time fighting charr? Really haye is not interested in another fight unless its with a klitschko for a title. He may be pursuaded to fight fury or price if either grabs a title but in my opinion fighting charr makes no sense whatsoever...
