Golovkin family is russian?

kazakhstan was colonized by russia (hints the last names) but make no mistake about it he's asian.
Nursultan Nazarbayev (the president of kazakhstan) has a russian last name also (so does half of the population) i guess that makes the president of kazakhstan russian.

& from what i know Golovkin is from kazakhstan & comes from traditional kazakhstan family...........but if you have some information that i don't know proving his family origin (russian) be my guess & i will gladly say that he comes from russian parents.
