Nah. Arum has his negative traits, but he picks up the phone for a lot of the smaller media guys, while Richard Scheafer completely refuses to talk to them.

I remember once the Boxing Truth guys called Arum a few years ago and asked him if he was still refusing to entertain Bradey as an opponent for Pac (this was right after Bradley-Alexander). Arum said no way, and then they asked if he was aware that there was a poll for Pac's next opponent that included Bradley on Top Ranks website. and Bradley was currently winning it.
