Broner shouldn't be #5 P4P or in the Top 10 for that matter.
But it's undeniable that DeMarco was barely inside the Top 10 at LW when Valero beat him. When Broner did, he was the #1 LW in the world at the time. That's a difference.
Either way, neither win was good enough to get into the Top 10 P4P. -
