After Parasite Sulaiman did that Scumbag move on Cuello & then Sulaiman knowing he was wrong, he still tried to play the tough guy move by saying he won't let Jaro, Cuello or anybody force him to do anything even thou there was already a done deal(which Sulaiman decided NOT to honor) & now(after Jaro & Cuello said they were going to take legal matters on the issue) Sulaiman is changing his attitude & trying to play the nice, caring guy by saying he's gonna recommend which is B U L L S H I T, cause as president of this leech organism he could demand that Cuello be the next opponent like he promised & like it was suppose to be from the get go!!

if the opponent beats Xiong he will ask for voluntary defense and Frog Sulaiman and the WBC will again approve the request..Cuello will never had his chance to fight for WBC as long as the Sulaimans is the man in WBC
