So lets see, Mares (GBP) and Donaire (TR) are currently negotiating even if the negotiations are difficult but when I mention Rigo (TR) fighting Mares (GBP) all of a sudden people claim they cant fight each other because of the promoters????!!! See the double-standard???

Why would Mares want to fight Rigo? The Cuban isn't a cash cow, doesn't bring much of anything to the table, and has a different promoter.

Man I swear to you..yesterday at the Magic city casino I talk to Rigondeaux trainer Jorge Rubio and he told me they will take the fight in wherever date Donaire want...he told me that yesterday they called Gary Hide(Rigo manager) and they told him that they will do teverything that Donaire wants in order to secure the fight next...they can find even a decent opponent for Rigondeaux for february 23...he told me"come on man February 23 is one week away from March...this is a blatant lie from nonito...I m going to make sure that Rigo team know what nonito is trying to do...but this week you will see the news that Rigondeaux team will fight..why is Donaire doing this?...first he said that dj montanocordoba attack a girl of his team..dj is a decent man...the onlyone who attack the girls os Donaire team is Arum and Donaire don't do **** about it..

Mares and Donaire is not happening. Do you think Terrazas wont accept step aside money for Mares to Face Donaire? He would. Mares and Donaire have said on national TV that they want to fight each other but negotiations are "difficult". It's the promotors. The fight is not happening.

I never said it wouldn't be difficult, but the built in excuse for a Rigo/Mares clash was "Different Promoters" which is dispelled because that has not stopped TR and GBP from currently negotiating because they just did a fight and are now negotiating another. Whose to say a Rigo/Mares fight would be as difficult. At least negotiations CAN take place which has been proven.

He wasn't a cash cow, but was recognised in the p4p top 10, and before everyone started jumping on the Rigo bandwagon, guys were talking about Moreno!
