Anybody know why Rigo can't fight in March?

Man I swear to you..yesterday at the Magic city casino I talk to Rigondeaux trainer Jorge Rubio and he told me they will take the fight in wherever date Donaire want...he told me that yesterday they called Gary Hide(Rigo manager) and they told him that they will do teverything that Donaire wants in order to secure the fight next...they can find even a decent opponent for Rigondeaux for february 23...he told me"come on man February 23 is one week away from March...this is a blatant lie from nonito...I m going to make sure that Rigo team know what nonito is trying to do...but this week you will see the news that Rigondeaux team will fight..why is Donaire doing this?...first he said that dj montanocordoba attack a girl of his team..dj is a decent man...the onlyone who attack the girls os Donaire team is Arum and Donaire don't do **** about it..

Lol..Rigondeaux don't have and opponent yet...his team said they can't even find any decent fighter who's willing to fight him....

I'm sure we'll get a response from Rigo's team soon. They don't have an opponent selected yet so I don't see why they wouldn't want to move it to March. Let's wait on Rigo's response before you say he is ducking.

^^agreed...rigo should make it known that he will fight donaire in march next.

mares is with gbp so of course that fight is hard to make...but it shouldn't be hard to make donaire vs rigo next if both guys really want it and if bob is willing to make it happen.

It's obvious they are trying to negotiate with Mares which is indicated by the difficulty of the negotiations and Rigo and Donaire need to agree on a workable date, simple as that. Lets see what pans out.

This **** happens every other day, not surprising at all there's way too much politics in boxing. It's a Damn shame so many fights left marinating or held up by promoters and end up not happening ie... mayweather v. Pacqiao, juanma v. Gamboa, and so many others.

All fine print aside, if Donaire does not fight Rigo or Mares next, I will be royally disappointed.
