If Pacquiao is fine then that's great. If he's ready to fight maybe he can.

You guys act like Floyd spoiled the fight. Had Manny won, the Mayweather fight could have been, but Manny got put to sleep.

Floyd keeps winning, Manny keeps getting beat and you guys say Floyd is running from Manny. I tell you what, Floyd would really be scared of Manny if Manny gets knocked out again. See the more Manny gets put to sleep, the more Floyd is afraid of him. I get it now.
No, Floyd was waiting for this moment to see how he can be beat. Floyd now has an escape route. He can either say "I don't need to fight him because he lost". Which is what we have been saying for the past 3 years. Or the fight finally takes place because Floyd seen that Manny is beatable.

So negotiating to make the fight happen was a ploy by Mayweather because as much as a warrior that Pacquiao is,he would turn down the fight and Mayweather knew this?
So if Manny agreed to fight Floyd, how does Mayweather get out of it?

For one, Floyd didn't just ask for PEDs testing. He and his team went on a crusade and ACCUSED Manny of taking PEDS. For most, that may have been enough to say forget the fight, I'm suing Floyd. Looking back, Floyd was probably thinking that too.

Secondly, prior to the negotiations, Floyd confirmed that he will not fight Manny with a 50/50 deal. Yes, he said this in 2009 too! So if Manny agreed, Floyd would have pulled his "no 50/50" roadblock sooner. If you asked anyone that Floyd would say "I want ALL PPV money" after saying "Manny take the test and we have a fight" for over 2 years, people including Floyd fans would say you are crazy! BUT IT HAPPENED!!!

That said, Pacquiao would trouble Mayweather more than Marquez would. Styles make fights, kids.
MANILA, Philippines – Boxing coach Freddie Roach admitted that that Floyd Mayweather Jr. will pose strategic problems against Manny Pacquiao.

Roach said in Boxingscene.com that the controversial Mayweather has some similarities with Juan Manuel Marquez.

"He is a good counter-puncher and his style does give us trouble. He does have some Marquez similarities but he's actually a lot faster than Marquez so he does pose a bigger problem," he said.

so you had it all figured out huh? You knew everything Mayweather was going to do to avoid the fight but guess what? It was Manny who walked away from the negotiations in 2009. Mayweather agreed to 50/50 to my recollection. You guys are too funny.

Initially, I never stated myself that Floyd was ducking. I certainly questioned his motives but I needed more proof. 2 years later after the long vacations, fighting others, father and uncle stating not to fight Manny, not trying to negotiate then saying TAKE THE TEST AND WE HAVE A FIGHT. "My health is more important" then Pulling the "I want all PPV money" was the last straw .....
Oh really? Is that why Roach and Manny kept saying that Mayweather is not the commission? How about all of the excuses about not wanting blood taken too close to the fight? How about Roach wanting Mosley to get tested but not Pacquiao? How about when Roach asked for random testing for JMM in the 3rd fight and when he agreed only if Pacquiao did, what happened? The only thing Manny had was excuses. I don't think Pacquiao was on anything. I think the reason why they never accepted or made any random blood test demands is because Arum didn't want to spend the money to do it. I thought and still think Floyd should have taken the fight without the test and see what other excuses they would have had to not make the fight. Don't know why Mayweather was so worried if Manny was on anything because he has always been a sucker for a counter punch. Anyway, JMM is the man who beat the man so forget Mayweather. Don't understand why Manny's fans keep talking about Floyd.

Like I said, at that point, I wasn't accusing Floyd nor Manny but was su****ious. What followed during the last 3 years convinced me that Floyd never wanted the fight.

Did Floyd say he was going on vacation and was not going to fight Manny? Yes
Did Floyd say "All Manny has to do it take the test and we have a fight"? Yes but then came other roadblocks!
Did Floyd's father and uncle say that they didn't want to see their Floyd fight Manny? Yes
Did Floyd say that he couldn't understand how Manny was walking thru them bigger fighters? Yes
Did Floyd come up with new roadblocks after Manny Agreed? Yes

Has Manny been trying more and more to get the fight on by agreeing to Floyd's demands while Floyd has been adding new demands? Yes

Mayweather agreed to a 50/50 split and when he asked for random testing both Arum and Roach laughed it off as mind games and said testing would be no problem
When Arum flew to the Philippines and Manny refused only then did it really become an issue
Mayweather tried to make the fight,Arum and Pacquiao showed no interest
