That's what I've heard can't remember the source. I also remember reading that the fight did about 25 mil in total ppv revenue but with the television rights (U.S/Mexico/Argentina/etc.), gate and sponsors it made something like 32 mil I think. The 1.4 mil and 3.0 mil was only the fixed purse.

Floyd wasn't rolling around on the canvas in the 12th round of the Marquez fight. Can you imagine if that had happened? They'd probably build a statue of JMM in Pacland just for that feat, people would be trying to rewrite Floyd's record just because of that round.

I know it's just JR and all, but having to masterpiece a CW again is going to be a challenge.
